Jack is a native of Lakeland, Florida and has been in real estate since 1999. With family ties in Lakeland dating back to 1948, Jack has forged, not only strong relationships in the community of greater Lakeland, but more specifically in the brokerage community of Central Florida. He has previously held brokerage positions with commercial real estate firms such as Herring & Company and Waller Realty. Jack has also had the opportunity to serve as CEO of Keller Williams Realty of Polk, managing a real estate team of over 250 agents.
He currently gives back to the community through a variety of local organizations including; Lakeland Association of Realtors, volunteer; and IREM, Income & Expense Committee chair. Past services include: Tri-County Human Services, Treasurer; Platform art, board of directors; Lakeland Rotary South, volunteer with the Lakeland Downtown Partnership. Polk County Builders Association Foundation, board member; Leadership Lakeland, Class XXVIII; Radio Host, “Homes & Loans”, WLKF 1430AM; Junior Achievement, volunteer teacher; and Noah’s Ark, board of directors.
Jack continues to be heavily involved in both the brokerage community of Central Florida and the greater communities of Lakeland and surrounding areas. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate (IREM) Chapter 44, and also CCIM’s West Coast Chapter.
