Meet the Broadway Team

Matt Clark

President

Matt is a long time Lakelander who began his professional career as a commercial litigator, with a strong focus on commercial real estate litigation. Matt received his undergraduate education at the University of Florida with a Business Management Degree. Matt went on to attend law school at the University of Florida, where he graduated with a J.D., Magna Cum Laude. Matt began his legal career with one of Atlanta’s largest law firms, Troutman Sanders LLP, before returning to Lakeland and joining Clark, Campbell, Lancaster & Munson, P.A. In 2009, Matt left the practice of law and formed two real estate start-up companies: Broadway Real Estate Services and StoreRight Self Storage. Broadway owns and manages the largest portfolio of Class A office properties in Lakeland, with its primary focus in Downtown. Since inception in late 2010, StoreRight Self Storage has acquired and manages ten Class A self storage facilities located throughout Central Florida, consisting of over 600,000 rentable square feet.

Matt has also been active in the local community, most recently serving as the Chairman for Ignite Lakeland (a downtown visioning group), prior Treasurer and Board of Directors for the Lakeland Downtown Development Authority, prior Board of Directors for the Lakeland Downtown Community Redevelopment Agency, prior Board of Directors for Girls, Inc., and various committees at the Lakeland Yacht & Country Club. Matt now serves as the President for both Broadway and StoreRight.

Tom Anderson

Chief Financial Officer

Tom brings an extensive and diverse real estate background to the Broadway team, with a strong focus on the financial aspects associated with commercial real estate investments.  Tom graduated from Florida State University where he graduated Cum Laude with an Accounting Degree.  He went on to receive his MBA from Florida Southern College.  Tom began his professional career at a prominent local CPA firm and then went on to SunTrust Bank where he worked in there commercial lending department.  After SunTrust, Tom went to work for the Century Realty Funds family of projects in various roles dealing with financing and refinancing multiple properties and portfolios. Tom has also been active in the local community, most recently serving on the Board of Directors for Explorations V Children’s Museum.  Tom now serves as the CFO for both StoreRight and Broadway.

Shaun Puri

Vice President of Development and Real Estate

Shaun began his professional career as an attorney with a strong emphasis on real estate litigation and municipal law. Having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia State University, Shaun went on to attend law school at Florida State University and received his Juris Doctorate in 2005. Immediately out of law school, Shaun was recruited by the boutique law firm of Morrison & Mills in Tampa, where he practiced for seven years in the areas of real estate, construction and business litigation, and achieved an AV Peer Review rating with Martindale-Hubbell. Transitioning out of litigation and into transactional law, Shaun joined one of Tampa’s premier law firms, Foley & Lardner, where he practiced with the Real Estate Department before joining Broadway Real Estate and StoreRight Self Storage as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction in 2015. Shaun currently serves as General Counsel, and manages all commercial, residential, retail and self-storage development projects for Broadway and StoreRight.

Jack Strollo CCIM, CPM

Vice President, Real Estate
Managing Broker

Jack is a native of Lakeland, Florida and has been in real estate since 1999. With family ties in Lakeland dating back to 1948, Jack has forged, not only strong relationships in the community of greater Lakeland, but more specifically in the brokerage community of Central Florida. He has previously held brokerage positions with commercial real estate firms such as Herring & Company and Waller Realty. Jack has also had the opportunity to serve as CEO of Keller Williams Realty of Polk, managing a real estate team of over 250 agents.

He currently gives back to the community through a variety of local organizations including; Lakeland Association of Realtors, volunteer; and IREM, Income & Expense Committee chair. Past services include: Tri-County Human Services, Treasurer; Platform art, board of directors; Lakeland Rotary South, volunteer with the Lakeland Downtown Partnership. Polk County Builders Association Foundation, board member; Leadership Lakeland, Class XXVIII; Radio Host, “Homes & Loans”, WLKF 1430AM; Junior Achievement, volunteer teacher; and Noah’s Ark, board of directors.

Jack continues to be heavily involved in both the brokerage community of Central Florida and the greater communities of Lakeland and surrounding areas. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate (IREM) Chapter 44, and also CCIM’s West Coast Chapter.

Dick Miller

Broker Associate

Dick graduated from Stony Brook Prep School, Long Island, New York and received his college degree from Florida Southern College here in Lakeland in 1958. He is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa honorary scholarship and leadership fraternity. After graduation and several years of service as an FBI Agent, he returned to Lakeland and entered the real estate and development business. During his presidency of Lakeland Equities Development Corp from 1982 to 1998, he was involved in the development of shopping centers in Lakeland, Apollo Beach, Arcadia, Bradenton, Brooksville, Deltona, Dundee, Haines City, Riverview, Wauchula and Winter Haven. His commercial brokerage experience includes Amscot, Burger King, CVS, Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Murphy Oil USA, Walgreens and several banks.

Dick is a past president of the Lakeland South Rotary Club and a past board member of the Peace River Center for Personal Development, a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI.

Stephanie DoNn

Property Manager

Ms. Donn joined Broadway Real Estate in 2015, She held a number of positions in all aspects of the business before coming to the company. She has over 10 years of experience in the residential property industry. A native of Florida, Ms. Donn holds an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). As well as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Alacia Wilson

Controller

Ms. Wilson joined Broadway Real Estate in 2015. She is a native of Lakeland, Florida and her professional career includes over 10 years of public accounting experience in tax and accounting compliance and consulting for various industries. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University; her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas in El Paso and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Casey Herring Andrews

Sales Associate

Casey was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida and has been involved in Real Estate since 2002. She graduated from Lakeland Senior High School in 1993 and went on to earn a BA degree from University of North Florida in 1997. After a few successful months of selling residential real estate for Century 21, she was recruited to work by her father, Jerry Herring, a broker-investor at Herring & Co commercial real estate specialists. Casey describes her partnership with her dad as the best “trial by fire” education with the finest mentor a person could ask for.

In her 14 years of experience she has site located for franchises such as Dunkin Donuts, Jimmy John’s, Family Dollar and 7-Eleven. She is also experienced with senior and multifamily tax credit projects along with industrial, office, and agricultural properties. After her fathers partial retirement in 2015, Casey opened the commercial real estate division of Waller Realty, where she demonstrated her ability to stand independently before now coming on board with the Broadway Real Estate Services Group.

Casey is passionate about the Lakeland community and gives back in multiple ways. She is currently apart of many organizations including: frequent volunteering for South Mckeel Academy, PTO member, member of DLP, and she was the 2015 Co-Chair of the Christmas Float Committee. Her past involvement includes: Former treasurer for the Pace Center for Girls, Graduate of Lakeland Regional Community Internship Day, Chamber of Commerce member, LAR/CID member, and a Junior Achievement Instructor.
